CityWatch

CityWatch is a demo of an information system for cities: EU- and state-funded projects on a map, each with its budget, indicators and implementation status. Implementers submit short status reports that are checked against the national monitoring system, so the city leadership can see what is on track, what is delayed and where action is needed. The system is being prepared for its first deployment; we are happy to walk you through it in person.

What it includes

• Dashboard: number of projects, average progress, projects that need action
• Map and database of projects filtered by fund and status
• Status reports from implementers, cross-checked against the national ITMS2014+ system
• Key indicators: target vs. actual, drawdown of ERDF, ESF+, CF and JTF
